PAPAJO EATERY - LIPPO MALL PURI, JAKARTA BARAT
6:02 AMBeen eye-ing this newly opened restaurant since my last trip to Erik Kayser at Lippo Mall Puri. Seriously, Lippo Mall Puri is really expanding their food and beverage shop with middle high restaurant! So finally i decided to went to Papajo yesterday. Papajo is located at Lippo Mall Puri or St.Moritz (in front of Px Pavillon) at Kembangan, Jakarta barat.
The first tought when i step into this restaurant is, it's not so big but it's comfortable enough if you're going to lunch or going to dinner with your friends, family, or your beloved ones.
They have the second floor, which is kinda cozy and cutely decorated but its not so spacey but surely you'll feel like you're at home!

Rosemary Grilled Chicken: IDR 52k
It's quite juicy, well marinated and the important of all; it's easy to cut. You'll get the flavor of the herb that stick to your chicken breast. But if you're not a fan of herb like this, not recommend you with this menu. The thing is i'm having quite issue with the sauce because they're quite thick while i prefer my sauce is kinda thin and not so thick but the flavor was ok. The sauce somehow not so many to pour at while i kinda wanted to pour down all my meat and have a quality time with my meat, but it's not.
Fried Pork Loin with Butter Rice: IDR 52k
The pork loin is quite crunchy and the meat is tender, Always loving butter rice anywhere, anytime and this is got me so good! But sadly, the portion wasn't big enough for a big apetite like me, hoping when i get back soon they'll make a bigger portion for the butter rice!
Pork Schnitzel: IDR 58k
Basically, it's just same with my pork loin but its not being cut and serve with fries and with onion mayo. Taste it's just the same and i always loving freshly cut fries, but the onion mayo? it's a big no no for me. Don't get me wrong, i love onion mayo but this one is having some serious taste that kinda doesn't seem so right. It's so sour and taste weird.
Anyway, they're still having 20% discount for F&B. It's really nice place to go and they're menu not so pricey but worth the price. Have a good day!

liat reviewnya di bbrp web, katanya tmpt ini ok. kmrn nyempetin lunch bareng suami disini.. 1. kita order mknan.. prosedur taking order was fine.. sampai datang lah pesenen minuman kita which is hot tea & ice lychee tea. mba waitress yg agak kurang ramah ini cuma naro minuman gt aja tanpa confirm tanpa senyum, dan tanpa nambahin sugar on the side sampai diminta. 2. kita order mknan itu crispy chicken wings, pork crispy & meatball pasta. somehow smua maincourse datang dluan. dari mknan suami, all good. tp saya dpt bonus dari pasta saya yaitu sepucuk rambut. setengah makan saya tanya chicken wings saya, dan mba waitress nya cuma jawab "iya, belum" tanpa nanya lagi or follow up ke kitchennya. hampir maincourse nya abis, appetizer nya baru sampai. selesai makan, saya minta bill dan saya sampaikan kalo ada rambut d makanan saya, LAGI, mba waitress nya cuma bilang "oh, ada rambut ya mba?" tanpa basa basi minta maaf or apapun itu, langsung proses payment saya dan bilang "terima kasih mba" well.. papajo have a good food but NOT A GREAT SERVICE.
ReplyDeleteWaktu aku kesana aku langsung dilayanin sama owner nya. Owner nya baik dan ramah banget, dia yang langsung melayani aku terus make everything itu bener semua nya, dari minta sambel minta gula nanya makanan yang belum dateng dia pastiin semua nya well prepared. Hoping when you get there, you won't get another service like this :) Cheers!
