For some people (and me as well) this place is might not be new. But, this place really got my curiousity! So i come and decided to try this place anyway. Located at Southbox Kemang, this place definitely so easy to find. So many tenants that open in here but i this place already caught my attention since the first time i came. You'll be greeted with a big liberty logo with bright yellow and black contrast when you go to their booth.


For the system in here, you choose what you want to buy and then pay it after you choose. And you need to pick the food after it's done cooking. Basically it's a self service system.


If you know Southbox, they didn't provide inside seating so all of the seating are outdoor. And because it's outdoor seating, it might get really hot if you're going here around noon.


What they sell in here basically is Biryani Rice. If you didn'f familiar with it, basically they bring the concept of the Halal Guys from New York but they change it with local tastebuds. Biryani rice is a rice cooked with so many spices. So it's really different and unique with local rice in here.


Falafel Over Rice: IDR 55k
To be honest, it's my first time to eat this biryani rice. The rice smells like spices and curry kinda thing. I really love curry so i guess this rice must be really good! Turns out, it's super good! I love the texture, it's so light, it feels like you didn't eat anything. From what i know why it's really light because the rice is kanji free. So it's perfect for you who on diet. For the Falafel itself, you get four big meatballs. The falafel is really good. So many spices in it too. You can ask them if you want your food to be spread with sauces or no. For me, i prefer with the sauce so it bring a different taste when you eat it. Beware, if you're really sensitive with spicy food, i dont recommend you to eat this.




Cookies Monster: IDR 15k



That's it for this review. I really love food with spices in it. I always think of india and japan when i eat this because this country is really rich with their spices, same with indonesia as well! Definitely will come back for more to try other food!
